Project: Several new states that binske was launching in had regulations prohibiting the use of animals
and edible items, such as fruit. binske's traditional trade dress, that had been in markets for years, needed updating to meet compliance in those markets. This included a new primary logo that did not use the hummingbird image.

Before: Example of binske traditional trade dress that included animals and edible elements that were prohibited in certain markets.
Solution: To reflect the original branding the logo and product info was kept uniform along with the balck background. I chose to use tropical floral elements that stood out visually. While visually different, it still was able to evoke the fun tropical atmosphere created with the original branding.
